What Causes Circular Ring Worm Like Formation On Elbow?

I was diagnosed many years ago with eczema and was prescribed a cream to help. I used the cream and the eczema went away. I was also told that it was caused by nerves and would reappear somewhere else. This proved to be true and it did reappear in a different place. about 10 months ago I had 2 small scrapes near my elbow and after healing I now have 2 circular raised edge areas that everyone is telling me is ringworm It has never been itchy like my eczema just ugly is it eczema too or ringworm it is weird to me because it does not itch like my eczema does

I have gone through your query. Ring like risk can be most likely due to ring worm infection ( tinea corporis). If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. For such case i would recommend using ointments or creams with combination of antifungal like miconazole and corticosteroid like flucinolone for local application. Fluconazole tablet to take orally weekly once for 1 month will be helpful to stop recurrence.
