What Causes Circular Spots On Testicles Along With Itchy Lumps?

I have some small circular spots on my testicles. In the middle of these spots, is darker than skin around it. The spots don t itch. I also noticed some small bumps appearing over my skin and these itch. These bumps look like an insect bite. I m not sure if they re related to spots on my testicles.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to fungal infection. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. For fungal infection i would recommend antifungal ointments like miconazole or terbinafine for local application. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area and instead you can use saline or warm water. Use loose underwear also.
