What Causes Clear And Watery Discharge From Vagina?
Hello , I've been having a clear watery fluid coming from my vagina and its a lot more than normal and its been happening for about 2 days now ! I haven't had sex for about 3 days and my last period was almost 2 weeks ago. What could this be it has no smell and no color just clear and watery
Hello and welcome to HCM, watery vaginal discharge more than usual is suggestive of leukorrhea. Leukorrhea is white vaginal discharge and it can occur due to infection, inflammation, congestion of pelvic organs, etc. A clinical assessment of the reproductive tract and vaginal discharge is required. Examination of the vaginal discharge can help in identifying the causative organism and thus aid in diagnosis. Thus, consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
