Doc, i have a discharge from my penis, it is clear in colour and does not smell. I beleive it is seman. This has followed a protected encounter with a sex worker. the very next day i had uncomfortable testicles and visited an std clinic 2 days later. They stated that my tests were negative. I was placed on •Doxycycline 500mgs a day twice a day for t2 weeks. This did little and i revisited the std clinc and was proscribed Azithromycin for 7 days.

This removed the pain in my testcles hower was no better discharge wise.

I visited my GP who gave me 20 days of cipro which while i took them worked.

The discharge returned a day or two after the antibiotics ended.

My question is what is this? is it an STD (sex was protected and the condom did not slip or break) a UTI or prostrate infection? i have had allergies to some condoms with spermicide before but never like this.

I'm at my wits end.
