What Causes Clear Discharge, Throbbing And Itching In Vagina?

My vagina has throbbing and itchy inside and clear discharge is coming out what can that be. My period came on Thursday it was spotting and the following day it was a regular flow til Saturday and the three other days was spotting whats the issue with that cause that never happened before

I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to vaginitis, in my opinion this need to be managed with "Povidone Iodine" local applications and it this fails to work then it need to be clinically examined, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
