What Causes Clear Hard Discharge From An Open Scar On The Face?
I have a small cut on my face and when I washed my face, the scab came off. There is very little blood coming out of it but there are these very tiny clear balls of fluid are coming out of it. They are about the size of a poppy seed. If I wipe them off, more appear like they are coming out off my pore. What are they?

Such clear globules might be fat globules from subcutaneous fat... in case wound is free from infection. Please show it to your family doctor to differentiate from pus.
