What Causes Clear Liquid Discharge During Orgasm In A Prostrate Cancer Patient?

I am 62 & am in generally good health - I have untreated prostate cancer and about 3 weeks ago I suddenly experienced intense discomfort during orgasm a couple times over 2-3 days then my ejaculated semen has completely disappeared and in place there are one or two drops of clear watery liquid. Has the PC kicked into high gear?

Hello sir and welcome.

It sadly appears so sir. Most probably your cancer has resulted in the enlargement of the prostate which in turn is causing an obstruction to the pathway that helps in expulsion of the semen through the penis. I would not be surprised if you are experiencing difficulties in emptying your bladder as well. Please do meet up with a doctor at the earliest sir.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
