What Causes Clear, Odor Filled Vaginal Discharge During Pregnancy?

I m 22 weeks pregnant. I have had the creamy white discharge with no odor for this entire pregnancy so far. 4 days ago it suddenly changed to clear and has bad odor. Taking showers more often helps keep it away but only for a couple hours then it comes back. Also, yesterday I started having random mild cramping. This is something new to me since I have had 2 other children. Is there any reason to be concerned??

It is mostly suggestive of vaginal fungal infection for which you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with avil or cetrizine for itching if present. You can take fluconazole 150 mg or use clingen-forte vaginal pessary to put into the vagina once daily for at-least 5 days. Maintain the hygiene of private part either by regular washing or you can use v-wash vaginal gel for local application.
