What Causes Clear Sinus Drainage And Chest Soreness Despite Taking Claritin D?

I have been feeling like I have sinus type allergies for about 4 weeks. since Easter weeekend..Dr put me on Prednisone tabs 20 mg for 5 days then 10mg for 5 days. After about 3 days, he out me on Azythromycin park for 5 days. Been off now for 4 days, still feel terrible. Lots of clear sinus drainage and still hacking. Today, my chest feels sore on my left side. Been taking Claritin D and using Flonase nasal spray. Sound terrible and feel like I haven t gotten better. Should I go to ER? I also had a Chest x-ray taken on Tuesday. Showed a shadow on right lung and dr not concerned. Wants repeated in 3 months....... Any suggestions? I am miserable with all this drainage....
