What Causes Clear Vaginal Fluid Discharge And Pelvic Pain?

Hello. I drip clear, odorless, thin discharge from the vaginal area. In 1976, age 15, I had a kidney stone surgically removed (it was huge and lodged in my rib cage area) while 10 days later I had a benign tumor removed from my para thyroid gland. They were related, so to speak. It was tested and as said it was benign. (thank God) so no further TX was needed!!! Since 1976, I struggled with kidney shyness since. Lately, past 7 months, I have been suffering with bad pains on the rt side in my pelvic area which worsens when I have to urinate or have a bowel movement. I only get temporary relief from Tylenol, Motrin or Aspirin. I am going thru menopause and am also spotting blood. I am petrified to go to the Dr for fear of hearing you have cancer . The pains is accompanied by a fever fluctuating from 99.2-102. Please help me! Thankyou!

hi,
thank you for your question.First of all I have to address to your fear.Pain and fever are not symptoms of cancer.Your pelvic pain and fever may be due to infection which we call Pelvic Inflammatory disease.Approach your gynecologist, who will examine you,do some blood tests and put you on antibiotics. All the best
