General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Missing Depo shot is not the reason for the vaginal watery discharge, but it is the vaginal infection, pelvic inflammatory condition or leucorrhea responsible for the same. The pregnancy sounds less likely possibility. Though get a swab test of vagina with UPT for final confirmatory directions to cure ahead.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
