What Causes Clear White Discharge From Penis After Taking Azithromycin?

Hi I experienced a burning sensation during urination. my doctor gave me 1g of azithromycin. After 3 days there is a clear white discharge from my penis. is it normal to have a clear white discharge after taking the medicine? Do i need to have to drink another set of antibiotics?

Azithromycin will not produce any discharge from penis. burning sensation while urination and white discharge sounds like urinary tract infection. get your urine examined for infection before taking any antibiotic treatment.
