What Causes Clear White Discharge While On Antibiotics For UTI?

hi, am male aged 24. For 3 months now i have being on antibiotics treating a presumed Sti but to no avail. the only symptom is a clear white at times milky discharge in the morning. what can this be, coz different antibiotics i hv being treated with eint working. yo professional reply will be highly appreciated

I really appreciate your concern, you have not specifically mentioned from where the discharge is ? if this is from the urethra then this could be due to some prostrate fluid and this is nothing to worry, if this does not have any clinical symptoms then this is nothing to worry retrograde ejaculation need to be ruled out, take care.
