What Causes Clear White Fluid Discharge From Nipple While On Mirena?

Hi, im on the mirena. Im 18 and sexually active. Now just last night my left nipple started leaking a clear/white fluid. Its in the exact same spot and the spot looks alittle purple. I am on my period, and about 2-3 days before I started, I had alot of stimulation on that nipple. Could this be the reason?

Its all due to normal hormonal fluctuations and surge of hormones. It happens before periods. Breasts become tender sometimes. And discharge sometimes, as you are observing.

It will go away after periods end. So relax!
