What Causes Clears Discharge, Nausea And Back Pain With Negative Pregnancy Test?

I am 19, I just had my period but it was very light and only 3 to 4 days. It was also more of a clearish discharge with blood mixed in and then the last day it was brown. I am very nauseous, sensitive to smells, have lower back pain, and often get light headed. I took a pregnancy test and the result is negative. What is wrong with me?
