What Causes Clicking Sound In Ear While Swallowing?
MY EARS HAVE BEEN CLICKING FOR THE LAST FEW WEEKS WHEN I SWOLLOW, IT IS VERY ANNOYING AND UNCOMFORTABLE I NOTICE IT EVERY TIME I SWOLLOW. and sometimes I notice my jaw clicking as well because I try to move my jaw and swallow in a different position, I am a 27 year old female Karen 0-D
Hello, This can happen sometimes due to pieces of wax that get hardened in the canals. You can try using an over the counter ear wax softener and see if that helps. If your jaw is clicking that is a different issue and can be due to some misalignment in your jaw. Try taking some ibuprofen for a few days and see if the jaw clicking resolves. If these suggestions do not clear up the clicking then see your doctor for an exam Dr. Robinson
