What Causes Clicking Sound In The Knees?
Hi Doctor, I am experiencing a clicking in one knee at the rear of the left leg. No pain at all but clicks noisily when I walk at most extensions,haven t tried running since I noticed this. I am 59 years male, and this has appeared suddenly. Thanks Phil

A little cracking or popping when you move your knees is normal.
In some cases, it can be related to osteoarthritis.
I suggest doing an x-ray of the knee for further evaluation.
