What Causes Clinical Sepsis In Baby Right After Birth?
my niece just delivered a baby and was found out that there was pus in my niece urinalysis while she was on labor ... her baby has been treated with antibiotics for clinical sepsis ... how does the pus affect her baby ... coz just this morning her baby had lumbar procedures and the fluid was turbid ... pls enlightened me about this thank u very much ...

this is a serious bacterial infection if lumbar puncture showing pus. newborn baby needs antibiotics for 21 days in many cases of meningitis and it may affect the neurobehavioural development of baby
