Adding to your history, the causes of your problem are: - Friction during intercourse can lead to local injuries that can lead to pain, discomfort and sometimes spotting. - Unprotected intercourse can lead to urinary tract infection sometimes, that can also lead to pain tingling and bloodstained urine.
The possible steps that can help you are: - Avoid intercourse for a few days - Use local vaginal wash with pH between 3.5 to 4.5. - Take plenty of water 3 to 4 liters per day and avoid holding of urine. - If the problem still persists, better consult your gynecologist once, get examined find out the possible problem and take treatment accordingly.
