What Causes Clitoral Swelling Post Non-penetrative Sex?

I have recently had sex and my boyfriend have rub my clit allot doing the sex and now my clit is swollen and when I bathe it burns or even urinate it burns and it really uncomfortable.. What cause it was it the rubbing? Or something else.. And how can it be treated

Thanks for the query.
I understand your concern.
Clitoris has rich supply of nerve fibers & blood vessels too. This makes it very delicate part vagina.
In your case, excessive friction on the part must have irritated/ inflamed the clitoris.. resulting to your symptoms.
Management-
- follow strict vaginal hygiene,clean & wipe the affected part after washroom. apply antibiotic with betamethasone ointment.
- Avoid sex till it heals,
- drink lot of water./ light food
- If no relief in a couple of days, consult a doctor for oral antibiotics.
