What Causes Clogged Ears Along With Dizziness?

I felt fine all day at work, when i came home and walked in the door i suddenly felt my right ear go deaf i felt like it feels when its clogged with water or a cold i felt dizzy and had balance problems i went to my reclicliner to wait for this feeling to pass and not too long after i was hit with a wave of nauseousness and threw up i felt very tired and dozed off i am feeling better now

maybe eustachian tube block leading to such sensation it requeres volselum and conduction and nerve deafness test. ent doctor to examine middle ear ad see functioning of mediosteum and cochlea.
