What Causes Clogged Nose And Ears Along With Clicking Noise In Ears?

I ve been having sinus issues for a while now. My nose is clogged up at all times and my ears are too. I hear clicking noises in my ears when I swallow or yawn. The only time I get relief is when I hold my nose and blow out. It just makes my ears feel better. What do you think I m experiencing? And what should I do about it?

I really appreciate your concern and i gone through your query, 1st of all u did not tell age?. This problem of chronic nasopharyngitis, u consult ENT surgeon for a course of antibiotic along
With start home remedy like use steam inhalation, use honey with ginger and avoid cold items for some time.
