What Causes Clotty Spotting With Abdominal Pressure Post Sex At The Age Of 50?

I Havant had a period for 3 years I m 50 but after intercourse over the weekend I spotted a little then today I felt a lot of abdominal pressure then felt like I discharged when actually it was a lot of blood and clots. Could I have had a miscarriage? Should I go to the hospital?

Hi, Welcome to HCM.
After menopause, there is very unlikely that you will become pregnant.
It might be due to hormonal changes still taking place ppst-menopause, which has led to appearance of clots and abdominal discomfort.
These should subside gradually.
