What Causes Cloudy And Bad Odoured Urine?

helo , I had a question. I have cloudy urine with some oder and my skin is pealing and very irritated that I bleed just a little . My sides hurt a little bit and I took Keflex as directed and it hasn t gone away. my leucocytes are 75 with the dipstick. Could this be a uti?

Hello dear
Understand your concern
Yes you are suffering from UTI/Cystitis
Other cause may be : prostatitis, kidney stones

Causative factor:
E.coli, staphylococcus
Obesity
Excessive smoking
Excessive coffee consumption.
Diabetes
Less water consumption

Take the following test:
1. Urine test: routine and microscopic examination
2. Urine culture
3. CBC blood report
4. Blood urea and creatinine
5. Pelvic USG
Take following treatment:
1. Drink plenty of water
2. Drink fruit juice of orange and cranberry.
3. Antibiotic: Tablet septran Three times a day
If not resolved take antibiotics according to culture report.
Avoid fried/fatty/oily food and excessive no veg diet.
