Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Cloudy Urine And Severe Pain Under Left Breast?
Hi I noticed my urine was cloudy yesterday and again today. Then earlier this morning around 6:30 I started getting a stabbing intermittent pain right under my left breast that has lasted throughout the day almost feels like air bubble but sometimes is a really sharp pain other than that I feel perfectly normal no fever etc.
Cloudy urine with severe pain under left breast can be most likely part of left sided renal or ureter calculus giving radiating pain in front of upper abdomen from renal angle. The cloudy urine makes this more possible against muscle spasm or else, where urine would be normal.
My guidelines at present:br>- Drink more liquids - Analgesic medication as dicyclomine or drotaverine with paracetamol prescription with your doc - After clinical assessment with your doctor, discuss the need of an X-ray or ultrasound examination for final diagnosis and cure accordingly
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
