What Causes Cloudy Urine With Rectal Bleeding?

My toddler has cloudy urine, I noticed it last night when he went to the toilet on his potty. When I cleaned his potty after he had been to the toilet it looked like wee with blood on the toilet roll. However, he is not complaining of pain. What should I do??

You need to consult doctor and ask for investigations like urine examination, stool examination, CBC etc.
Cloudy urine may be caused due to urinary infection, proteinuria, stones, hematuria etc.
