Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Cloudy Vision Of The Left Eye Along With Migraine?
I have had two episodes of my vision becoming kind of blurry and like glassy from the left side. I did feel a migraine coming on and took my Sumatriptan before it got worse. Since then I got this same weird vision while driving home. trying to figure out if this is something I need to take care of right away. If not then what can I do to stop it from happening
I read your query carefully and I understood your concern.
Blurry vision is a common side effect that accompanies the migraine. This usually happens prior to the start of an ocular migraine or migraine headache attack.
You can use sumatriptan as soon as the migraine symptoms develop. This will make you go over migraine symptoms easily.
Avoid the migraine triggers like lack of sleep, stress, and exposure to heat. A further consultation with neurologist is advised for further evaluation and possible EEG.
Hope this helps. Dr.Sejdini
