What Causes Cluster Of Blisters On Leg?

My mom is 92 woke up with a blister on her leg 8 inches long 3 inches wide dr came and cleand it visiting nurse comes 3 times a week to change dressing no one has answers why this happened now I see a cluster is forming under the area it looks like raw meet

It may be due to some insect bite and immunity is generally low in elderly. so they reacted very severely to foreign antigens. dressing can be done. pain killer can be given and if there is fever then add antibiotics. maintain hygiene and rest well. It will recover slowly.
