What Causes Cluster Of Brown Spots On Sole Of Foot?
Hi I need your help ! I have a cluster of brown spots on the soal of my foot. I see a doctor today and she said it was eczema and gave me cream but the cream isn t working and still so itchy and to me this looks nothing like eczema What do you think it could be ???
Your symptoms are indicative of mosaic warts at the sole of the foot. It is contagious and occurs due to HPV. Take care of your hygiene and apply ointment or creams containing salicylate solutions. it is effective. You can apply Hydrocortisone ointment on the affected area.to prevent itching. Do not touch, scratch or pick. Get clinically examined by a dermatologist.
It can be successfully treated by curettage, cryosurgery or laser therapy. Before that your treating doctor may get a biopsy done. Always wash socks after wearing it. Wear well ventilated foot wear.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
