What Causes Cluster Of Ganglion Cysts Around The Ankle?

I have horrid circulation. I had massive cluster of ganglion cysts near ankle area on foot a long time ago that went away on their own. Later, I developed a Morton's neuroma at base of toes and last 3 toes are numb (actually feel like they are not there anymore). However......now in the other foot...not at the base of the toes, I was walking then suddenly felt as though I had stepped on something. Now, in the center of my foot is a small marble deep inside foot. If you look at the sole you can see the redness of its location.....This just appeared out of no where.
