What Causes Cluster Of Small Spots On Foreskin?

hi doctor!! (: i have been wondering what these little dots on my foreskin of my penis is. They re very small and are usually bunched up in the tip of the foreskin below. is it an infection? bacteria? balitinis? Is it normal? I do have type 1 juvenile diabetes the past 2 years.. how do I treat it? I m uncircumcised if you didn t alr know (: PLEASE RESPOND ASAP!!!

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
After going through the problems you are facing, it appears that you have a bacterial infection of your foreskin.
Since you are diabetic, as you have stated, you need to be careful as the infection may become more.
What you can do is, wash your foreskin with warm water and using mild antiseptic like Savlon twice daily. Dry it with clean towel. Do not rub the part while drying.
Apply Soframycin skin cream twice daily.
Keep the area ventilated by wearing loose undergarments.
It should subside in few days. All the best.
