What Causes Cluster Of Small White Bumps Under The Foreskin?

Very tiny cluster white bumps under foreskin (area that covers the head) now my whole genital area feels irritated. Can it be warts? At first it was just the tiny white bumps that showed up under the foreskin about a month and a half ago, now for the past week my penis has been very irritated.

I understand your concerns regarding your health condition.
Chances are more likely to be genital warts if your lesions appear small white bumps that might appear to have some fluid inside (vesicle). Since you have these lesions for over a month and now it has exacerbated it is advisable for you to get yourself evaluated.
Generally, warts is a viral infection and a well functioning immune system have the ability to fight it off. At times it is often helpful to administer anti viral medications like Valtrex for a prompt cure.
It is likely that you had contact with a person who has been infected with warts either genital or oral. It is also advisable for you to inform your contact for a consult. This can prevent the infection spreading around.
