What Causes Cold And Cough Along With Backache?

I ve had a cold with a cough since Monday morning. Right now I feel warm all over, although I don t have a fever. The back of my neck hurts and I have had a bad migraine for two days. I have been taking Advil and Advil Sinus and Congestion, then today I took Allegra. I m didn t realize I had to pay for an answer. I will think about going to the ER again.

well cold and cough could just be a common cold(acute nasopharyngitis) which is normally a mild viral infection. its self limiting and will eventually heal on its own however the symptoms are unbearable and annoying. back pain or just joint and muscle pains are some of the symptoms including headaches and nasal congestion. i recommend you continue using the medication you have been given and return to the doc if the symptoms worsen or persist
