What Causes Cold And Hot Flashes With Difficulty In Sleeping?

Hi my name is mike thanks for answering my question. I ve noticed this starting to happen a little more often now in like the last month. I ve been having a hard time staying asleep at note, I ve been waking up almost every hour or two every nite. I think because I am always waking up soaked in sweat so much so the pillow has to be flipped over and my blanket has to be flipped as well because its soaked. Yet at the same time I m frezzing while I m sweating got goose bumps and all and I m truly hot and cold at the same time. Last nite was this way but i also vomited bad like acid type it made my teeth feel funny and my throat as well the vomiting doesn t always happen with this but on more than a few times it has. This is just about an every nite thing at least 3 to 4 notes a week with the sweats and chills and its not just limited to nite time it also happens during the day as well.
