What Causes Cold Burning Sensation On The Lower Abdomen After Taking Methamphetamine?

Hey look I used bath salts an meth when I shoot it it cause me about 30 minutes later when I go pee I get this extreme cold burning an pain that is unbearable on my right lower abdon an it makes my testicals hurt to extremely bad my question what is it cause when I m done doing the meth an bath salts the next day it stops

Hi,

I am really sorry to get to know you are taking Methamphetamine. Unfortunately, this drug is associated with lots of side effects including meth-induced paralytic ileus that I suppose it happened and caused the unbearable pain you are feeling on your lower abdomen and making your testicles hurt extremely bad. If this time, it stopped the next day, the next time, I'm afraid it would be fatal. So, try to stop taking meth seriously.
