What Causes Cold Feeling In Throat And Discomfort In Breathing?

Hi, I have a minty cold feeling from my throut all the way to my stomach, for about 10 days everytime I breath, its been a bit uncomfortable, if anybody could please could give me any information about this, I would aprecciated Very much.

in my opinion this is pharyngitis involving upper respiratory tract. most likely it's due to a viral infection. I would recommend you to take only palliative treatment for it. you can take antihistaminic, chlorhexidine gargles, avoid cold food, take hot bath, steam inhalation. I would recommend you to avoid antibiotics.
