What Causes Cold Feet?

I have icy cold feet in the day time, yet not everyday. I have not been outside today. This seems to be prevalent since last month. Is this a symptom of something? I do not remember having this problem in months prior to August. I am just recently a cancer survivor of CLL/SLL. I am in a program at the YMCA - Livestrong for cancer survivors to build my strength. Vital signs have been good.

this may be peripheral vascular disorder check for thrombophlebitis and varicose vein in that case use crape bandage. consultant vascular surgeon for examination and advise on treatment can consult chologist for examination and advise
