What Causes Cold Finger Tips And Toes With Uncontrollable Shivering?
I don t know much about POTS yet as my genetics doctor Juile Richer at the max keeping wing CHEO. said I definitely have. I was wondering why my finger tips and toes are like ice cubs? She did tell me to put heating packs in each hand. Which I am about to do because they burn cold as I type this. And I am shivering which I hate! It s painful shivering like I am fighting hypothermia. But my temperature is normal 36.7c When should I worry and go to the hospital?

Uncontrolable shivering and coldness in tips of fingers and toes are due to some infection. and get yourself investigated.. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice hb, tlc, dlc ,esr, mp, and urine routine. If urine report has more than 4 pus cells then go for urine culture and sensitivity. For quick relief take 2 tabs of peracetamol with water orally. Treatment will be decided after tests arrival
