What Causes Cold Sensation Around The Ankle While On Cholesterol Medications?
Hi, for the last 2 years I had a clod sensation around my left ankle, even when in bed or when I sit with my feet up on the recliner. I have been to the doctor but she said there is nothing wrong. It dose seem worse in the winter. I am on cholesterol tablets. Allan

It is sems to be due to side effect of the medications. But I prefer you to consult a surgeon and he will check the peripheral pulses and do a doppler to see if there is improper blood supply to the peripheral areas.
