What Causes Cold Sensation In Right Leg While Having Herniated Disc?

I was in a car accident on monday, car slammed into the front of my truck. Dr took xrays of my back and everything was ok. I have a herniated disc and lumbo sacral strain (L5 S1). On Tuesday I noticed an icy cold feeling in one spot on my right leg that has been ongoing. What could be the cause of this? And should I be worried about it?
