What Causes Cold Sensation In The Feet Along With Pain In The Knees?

I’m cold all the time. Feet always freezing. I’m tired but don’t sleep well joint and muscle pains in hips,knees, bac, neck and head wake me up. I’m weak in the morning and feel exhausted and in pain when I get up. About three weeks of this and it isn’t improving.
