General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think it is caused by Raynaud phenomenon. It is caused by a vein contraction due to cold and with some underlying causes like diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis or lupus.

Try to avoid cold temperatures.

Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka,
