What Causes Cold Shivers On Hands And Warm Sensation On Face Post Artery Stem Surgery?

my husband is 56 years old he is diabetic and just recently had an unsuccesful artery stem surgery due to the blockages been in too small area to fix just a few minutes ago he suffered from cold shivers on hands and body but warm face chest and ears some chest pain too.
