What Causes Cold Sores And Lumps In The Mouth?

I have Fibro and i have been having other problems lately. Cold sores and bumps in my mouth. Takes a long time for a sore to heal on my body. I broke out in a yeast rash from meds. about 2 & 1/2 months ago and some of the sores are still not healed. My feet ankles hands and fingers swell also. I have had test done but I really think its possible I have Lupus. I already have Hashimmotos Thyroiditis. Low vitm. D3 and Low Calcium. Do you think there is a chance the test could be wrong.

Thanks for your question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, we should definitely rule out connective tissue disease (CTD) in your case.
So get done ANA (anti nuclear antibody) titer and ANA profile.
Consult rheumatologist and discuss all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
