What Causes Cold Sweat And Tingling Sensation On Face?

Hello,

When I eat, fatty foods especially, I get cold sweat and a tingeling sensation in my face and the my arms and neck and the hair on my arms rises for a short moment.
I should say about my past that I used to drink a lot of alcohol and still drink quite a bit, but at its worst time I regularly vomited a yellow very bitter liquid I believe to be gall.
I would like to know why my body reacts the way it does to fatty and even sometimes non fatty foods. Thanks :)
