What Causes Cold Sweats, Chills And Fatigue?

When the weather is warm and humid I experience-- cold sweats, chills, fatigue, headaches, at times heart pain. the heart was checked and it ok. Meanwhile I have had may blood tests, negative for cancer. Potassium, sodium were a little low. I was in the hospital and they did not find anything. Is it heat intolerance?
