What Causes Coldness And Pain In Fore Arm?

I am 43 150lbs 5 1. My right arm is extremely cold. When I experienced this in the winter, i blamed it on the fact that my right side was closer to the door than my left. Now i am in a different office at work, i still sometimes experience the cold. I also have other issues with my right arm which include pain in my wrist, fore-arm, elbow and shoulder. I also have high blood pressure, which just recently got under control.

Your symptoms need attention and may be coming from vascular obstruction to your upper limb, I would advise you to consult your GP and get investigated with colour doppler study.
your symptoms will be relieved once the diagnosis is clear.
