What Causes Complete Body Shaking After Coming Off Trampoline?

hi i'm dil i like to ask you something it's that when i was in my pe class we were doing trampolining and everyone had to have a go on it and when i had to go on it i jumped up and down and so on while i was trampolining and got off my whole body starts shaking when i stopped i was laughing so miss can send me out so i can stop myself from shaking that was my plan so no one will notice and when miss told me to get out of the class i got of the trampoline i couldn't even walk right and even my cheeks were shaking plz tell what happen to me

Well come to HCM
Shaking of body prior to any act is classic symptom of phobia and this is happening due to the rushing of adrenaline in your system once the attack of phobia overs the symptom of shaking also stops, hope this information helps.
