What Causes Complex Vocal Tics Along With Severe Stress?

I am 55 year old female and have had complex vocal tics for about 15 years now. I have a long history of taking antidepressants and antianxiety meds (for chronic depression and anxiety). I am currently on Sertraline (200 mg daily), Buproprion and a low dose (2mg) of diazepam. I thought about the possibility of Tourette s but it sounds like that has to begin during childhood. Any ideas of what is going on? It has gotten worse lately with increased stress, so that is definitely a factor.
