What Causes Conception Problems After A Miscarriage?

Good day sir,my wife is around (36years)of age,we gave birth to our last born january,2009and she had miscarriage january20011.since then we have not being able to pregnant till date.we"ve conducted series test and the result used to be positive.pls i need your help.

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
I can think of following causes for not falling pregnsnt after a miscarriage at the age of 36.
1... possibility of tubal blockage.. could be there.. if your wife had some vaginal/pelvic infection or inflammation after abortion.
2 Looking at her age possibility of ovulation problem could cause itm.
3 ĺack of knowledge of most fertile days..& nonprotected sex during it .. may hamper conception.
*Out of yhses no 1 &2 need a through check up/investigatipns like usg for ovulation study after stimulation with clomiphene pills/Hsg to exclude tubal blockage .
Please get them done.
* Ovulation day can be cslculated .. to be 14 days earlier to expected day of menstruation.
It also could be judged by clear cervical mucus OR.. by LHSurge test .
*An unprotected sex from the day LH test is +ve . For 5 fays are your most fertile days.. would have good chances of conception.
*In case ovulation is not regular/absent... it can be triex to stimulate it by medicines.. rest of the procedureremains same for unprotected sex
*Iui can be tried around ovulation day... in case of tubal block.
So please don't worry.. she can conceive in any case.
